I’m Lauren—strategist, systems thinker, and trusted collaborator for healing arts businesses and visionary leaders.

Rooted in the rugged beauty and alternative culture of Humboldt County, my upbringing instilled in me a lifelong appreciation for nature, community, and the power of the unconventional.

After earning my Anthropology degree, I spent several years abroad, gaining a deeper empathy for the human experience and a clearer understanding of our cultural and environmental interconnectedness.

I returned to the states and moved to Portland, Oregon, to launch a cannabis consulting company, an expansive chapter that stretched me as a leader and affirmed my calling to align values, vision, and strategy.

Seeking deeper alignment, I earned an MBA in Sustainable Management and Systems Thinking, and now consult for purpose-driven individuals and organizations ready to bring their ideas to life with clarity, intention, and integrity.
